Mr. Cohen's practice focuses on advising founders, startups, emerging companies, entrepreneurs, dreamers, visionaries, artists and creatives. Mr. Cohen focuses on corporate governance, investment transactions, contract negotiations, and joint ventures. He also serves as outside general counsel through formation and growth stages. Mr. Cohen's practice covers entity structuring, equity investments, JV agreements, and day-to-day corporate advisory work.
